| Sorry for gross question but... Do you drink your fiber or what? |
I think the fat makes your poop just slide right out. |
I don't understand why anyone would do this - it's can't possibly be healthy. Eat your fruits, vegetables, and beans. |
|
You can have vegetables.
Otherwise take some magnesium. |
| I thought with all the fruits and veggies you consume, pooping wouldn’t be an issue. |
Says someone completely unfamiliar with the keto way of eating. :/ |
| I found that I don't go as often with keto because there isn't as much that needs to leave the body. If I'm eating a SAD, I'm going once a day. With keto it is every 3 - 4 days. |
Why on earth would you live like that? I typically go twice a day. Anything less than once and it's miserable. Then again I'm not petrified of a sweet potato. |
| you will never poop again. |
speaking from experience? |
I could ask you the same. But Everyone’s “regular” is different, even not on a keto diet. Some go once per day and are fine. Some every other day or whatever. Your just like your body is miserable when it doesn’t go as often as it needs to, maybe PPs body would let her know if she’s not going enough. |
| Magnesium. Natural calm is great. Your electrolytes are likely off. |
| I have been on Keto for 4 days, I have noticed a huge difference in my pooping lol BUT I think I have some type of intolerance because I was having diarrhea (sometimes just liquid out of my butt) multiple times a day. I eliminated caffeine, I cut way back on alcohol, avoided any type of artificial sweeteners. Nothing helped, but after a few days on Keto I feel a lot better and I'm getting more "regular" I am wondering if it is wheat/gluten related. |
My dietician emphasized that broccoli or other fibrous vegetables each day wasn't a suggestion, it was a requirement. You need the bulk. 1/2 small bag broccoli florets with cheddar cheese for lunch every day - quite helpful.

Well you should eat gluten then get your blood tested so the results are accurate. This would have made more sense than a fad diet. |
