Everyone admitted off of CAP waitlist?

I heard from a friend that everyone on the waitlist just got into CAP. Are they expanding the program?

How can they suddenly expand the program? How is there enough space? And will these students have the same summer work as it can’t be done in a week?

Sounded like they made the decision in response to a lawsuit.

Can't imagine what kind of lawsuit would result in accepting everyone off the waitlist.. they will have to add lots of classes I assume.

I thought they went pretty deep in to their wait list most years.

I'm also curious what the wording is that makes this sound like an expansion of the program.

They don't usually announce a week or so before school starts that everyone on the waitlist is now admitted. And, actually, based on previous threads on this forum it seems as tho very few kids got in off the waitlist in the spring.
