Unfortunately folks like you choose to spend your time comparing penis sizes as opposed to playing actual soccer. Your kids would be ashamed to see all the BS about which club is better.

It drives me f@cking nuts. I've been involved in soccer in this area since 2975.

Every time I see "ulittle" - I think "this person is a f@cking clueless idiot".

"Younger kids" sounds so much less douchey than "ulittle".

"Younger kids" makes the kids sound more mature than they really are. "U Littles" emphasizes the point that these are ELEMENTARY children and that when talking about their relative skill or competitiveness of teams and programs should be viewed with the proper perspective.

To talk about children as if they are anything but is what sounds douche.

Uh.. There are "lower" teams in the older age groups that fit this term too. But keep justifying your use of this term when others simply state it annoys them.

ULittles offended me at first. But I guess that's because my kids were ULittles at the time. Now that they are getting older, I think the term is brilliant and very appropriate. The term says nothing about the kids, but everything about so many of the parents. Beyond whether your kid is getting better, learning the game and enjoying himself, the other stuff is just noise.

The term simply refers to a general age group of kids using the "U" designation that youth soccer employs. It is a common phrase in soccer forums. It is NOT a derogatory term or a term that refers to skill set. It simply refers to grade school age kids playing youth soccer or any sport. If this offends you then you are very very sensitive and you are truly over thinking this.

Maybe the term Single-Digit should catch on.

the use of "U" anything is now dead, birth year groupings took care of that.

Space man from the future, will this ulittle conversation ever end? Are we still in birth year groupings in 2975? Just poking fun and agree with you. Most of the idiots on this forum could bend over to tie their own shoes, but yet criticize clubs, coaches, etc. Get a life and I can now check it off my bucket list to have engaged with someone from the future.
