I don't know much about her sentencing habits, but I feel like I read or heard something from the CW that made me think they offered to ask for time served to help the plea bargain, but may not themselves believe that was giving much away.

Part of the bargain for her testimony was that they would recommend to the judge she be given time served and deportation. The judge does not have to agree to the recommendation.

I was coming here to say that I was reading them. As a Portuguese speaker, it’s clear to me when is Juliana writing the messages, by the typical translation mistakes Brazilians make when speaking English.

But other people enjoy surfing the net, reading books, watching TV and movies, listening to podcasts, and playing board or video games. Games are not any weirder than those as long as you're not addicted.

On fetlife messages between JR and CB… He’s the one that suggested blood play, and she did say she didn’t want them, she was afraid of them bc it could leave marks for longer than she wanted.

What do we make of that?
Because this wasn’t brought up in any other conversation with other users either.

If not stabbing, what would BB’s plan be ? Since the blood play/knife was never a thing until JR suggested?

I’ve said before and got a lot of hate but I’ll say it again: this case is full of reasonable doubts, we just don’t wanna see it bc BB is a huge POS regardless if he’s a murderer or not. So we tend to find excuses to all of those gaps in the case.
Either way, he was convicted so I’m aware that my opinion doesn’t matter.
