Has no one reminded you all that Michelle Obama, famous for the sleeveless dresses, wore them also to the SOTU addresses? At least three times + once in a cap sleeve. And everyone loved it. So while Ivanka gets no love from me, you can't say the dress was setting or seasonally inappropriate w/o considering Michelle.
