We all hate that that evil murderer's family have control over the child, but what goes on with a family in family court is not your business. It should be private. That court does not owe accountability to you or other strangers. The accountability is to the family members not to crazed outsiders who want to storm a building with pitch forks.

Who the best person to raise her is, speculating about old babysitters and cousins and aunts and grandparents- leave this poor child alone. You don’t know her at all. And if you do know her, then stop posting your thoughts about her private business on DCUM for gods sake.

Didn't they seal the body cams that showed her the day of, for privacy reasons?

As for the pictures, my guess is either because those pictures were already public (from Facebook, instagram etc which I understand has been public for some time) or BB is the one who showed the pictures so it would be him asserting a right to privacy on behalf of his daughter. If he didn't want to seal it, up to him.

I hope whoever ends up with custody of her spends some time scrubbing the internet of her name and then legally changing it. And then moving away with her. So she can go through life without people staring at her and googling her, the way that they probably still do Burke Ramsey (as one example)

As someone who has been following this case intently since Juliana was arrested in October 2023, I have to agree with some of the previous posters that the posts regarding the child are getting extremely repetitive and almost obsessive. Let's focus on the fact that BB was found guilty and at least Joe and Christine are getting some justice.

I love the last few weeks of Juliana’s life -

First, she had to get on the stand and explain in detail what she and BB did. Even though she minimized her role, that must have sucked so bad to admit all that stuff in front of a courtroom of people staring at her, horrified.

And while she’s on the stand, she looks over at that balding buffoon and realizes that she threw her life away for that… thing. He’s so gross. Girl, what were you thinking.

Then, her mortifying letters to BB and “Mimi” become public. People on the internet conclude she is hella dumb.

Then, her boyfriend, the “love of her life,” gets on the stand and basically dogs her. Says that she came on to him, he wasn’t really all that into it, and that she’s a total moron.

The only way this could get better is if she gets sentenced to 10 years. Let’s go!

Uhhh what does that matter? Millions of moms post stuff about their kids. If my husband later murdered me and was found guilty in a highly publicized trial, I’d want my kids protected online as much as possible. But you can’t update your insta from the grave.

Yes her mother might feel differently now that she, the mother, has been murdered by the father, and there are national headlines about the murder, and she might- MIGHT- not want this atrocity to follow her daughter around for the rest of her life as weirdos on the internet all talk about her by name and talk about how she should be raised.
