Luke 18:14. |
wait - what? |
Oh, grow up. People in college are ADULTS, not kids (no matter how much their helicopter mommies try to baby them) and they don't "deserve" anything, let alone a crush of 5-6,000 people for 15 minutes during a pandemic. |
Nobody at Notre Dame in 2020 gives a single, solitary crap about you. LOLOL. |
Here. A teacher friend posted about it yesterday. The cases as of last night were at 19 for Bishop O'Connell. https://www.arlnow.com/2020/11/09/two-schools-one-gathering-covid-cases-also-take-st-thomas-more-cathedral-school-online/ |
+1. Appalling behavior and without any concern for the more susceptible in the community or locale. The Administration shouldn't have let this happen. The students shouldn't have behaved like that. I would be livid if m college-aged kid did that. |
| ND has not beaten a #1 rank team since 1993. Last two times ND got to the BCS and college football playoff, they were embarrassed by Alabama and Clemson, respectively. Do not worry, Clemson will embarrass these ND clowns again in the ACC championship game when Trevor Lawrence will the starting QB for Clemson. ND has been mediocre for many years so I guess it is ok for them to rush the field after a big win. |
Agree with you. Ian Book needs to go. He is so unpredictable...we never know which Ian Book will show up for a game. It would be nice to see them win against Clemson during the championship, but I agree it is not likely. Glad the kids got to experience the win on Saturday. |

The students were all masked. Halloween was a much bigger problem, tbh.
The backup quarterback put up huge numbers. Trevor Lawrence is amazing but it wasn’t his absence that caused the loss. Jenkins unmasked at the WH was such a failure. He’ll never get his credibility back. No time soon anyway. |
A shining example of Jesus, ladies and gentlemen. I just wish Catholics like PP were a bit more self-aware. Alas . . . |

I thought everyone had to get tested because of that. The football team has apparently been tested twice but the website does not show many others. It does show, of those tested, 255 now have covid. That’s from on campus testing only. Figure campus population including staff at about 10,000 so 2% currently have covid.
By the end of the week 15% of the campus population (not counting those who tested off campus) will have, or had, covid. Is there a school in the country that has done a worse job? |
