People get really fed up with her style and simply don’t want to work with or for her. That’s a big issue.

Maybe S and J were leaders here? Maybe they agreed to step down as directors for the fall season to save the club money?

Doubted. Think Lula has taken a voluntary pay decrease because the club has fallen on hard times? Instead, she gets rid of several directors so she can continue getting paid. If Sam and Jon come out with 3-4 teams each to support the lack of compensation, maybe it will prove me wrong. Based on what has happened in the past, it is unfortunate but Lula will stay with full compensation and great coaches and directors will be shown the door.

In looking at the club website, it appears Lula is prepared for the coming events. The bylaws (http://77.104.161.66/~lmvsc971/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Lee-Mount-Vernon-Sports-Club-INC-BYLAWS.pdf) and articles of incorporation (http://77.104.161.66/~lmvsc971/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/LMVSA_ArticlesAmended2014.pdf) have been removed from their website. Reviewing their Board, is this a real board (https://lmvsc.org/about-us/#board_of_directors)? Lula sits at the top and the names below offer 4 executives (after research on the web) and others being puppets.

Wow, somebody spending too much time following the inner workings. The LMVSC family is strong as ever and all of this worry is just fake news.

i guess JN constantly being referred to as ‘Director of Coaching’ in town hall means this move wasn’t planned at all. thanks for the verification LB

LB is much more present on the girls side, and look at what happens. She will become much more “invested” in the older girls teams.

We’re red team, but don’t understand how this works. I know there are CCL recruiting rules, but can we leave to another CCL club?

Did you accept an offer from LMVSC and make the initial payment? If so LMVSC can hold your player card and prevent your child from playing in CCL for the entire season.

You are able to transfer so long as both directors are willing to complete the transfer. DS team did a in-season transfer this past year, so it is possible. There's honestly no reason LMVSC would block a transfer.

LB will do everything they can to keep you, they can't afford to lose any players. That's why JN and SO were removed as directors (unsustainable). They'll fight like hell, but so can you.

weird that LB was notified of a COVID-19 case on Friday and just told us today. maybe could've told us that on Friday.

“Friday evening, I recieved a report that a player training with the 2012 Girls on Wednesday July 29, 2020, 5:45 PM at Edison Lower was unknowingly exposed to a family member that tested positive for COVID-19, July 31, 2020. After July 29, 2020, this player has not attended training. The player experienced symptoms on August 5th and since tested positive for COVID-19, August 7, 2020.

Currently the player is symptom fee, feeling well and continues to quarintine. Players training on July 29th, 5:45 PM, Edision HS Lower should daily monitor for symptoms.” guess this only went out to our age group

I cannot tell if this is another troll or not, but the NCSL brackets just came out. Once again, three of our top teams are in NCSL (not the top division, either). And there are a considerable amount of age groups that are missing LMVSC teams. There are no blue teams. On top of that, we just lost two directors and apparently there was a COVID-19 case on Friday but people weren't notified until Monday (I found out through this board).

So, I hope I am speaking to a troll.

This statement doesn’t make sense. She was “unknowingly exposed to a family member”? She had symptoms but is symptom-free?

Do you have a link to the NSCL brackets?
