It sure looks like Junior and Jared will be facing jail time.

Yes, I agree that those threads are just to force actual issues down the front page. They’ve been doing it for months.

You don't think assault and suppression of free speech is an "actual issue?" Then, you must be a liberal.

Oh, the irony. And you probably don't get why I stated this. Then, you must be a Trumpster.

Hearing are generally televised. Summits are not

Even more so when the POTUS kicks out some of the press.

https://www.yahoo.com/news/m/525cf644-1aa2-3189-8f8b-51677275652e/fordham-confirms-that-trump.html

Fordham University is confirming it received a letter from Donald Trump's then-lawyer threatening legal action if Trump's academic records became public.

Omg. Trump is so screwed.

I think Trump should release those records. It would show his base that, see... you too can be rich and successful even if you're not smart... (disregard that I was born with a silver spoon in my mouth). It would show he's "one of them..." -- white and uneducated -- yes, I know he has a degree, but just barely.

Are you my liberal husband who thinks he and his family are better than everyone else?

probably not since I'm a woman, and not a liberal. I used to be a R, now Independent.

I don't normally put stock in what school someone went to, but Trump is clearly a moron. What's in his academic record that he would send a threatening letter to his alma mater to not release his academic records? Who does that? It's almost like he's hiding something, kind of like his tax returns.

My arrogant husband and family never went to college. Yet they still would say what you do about people who don't agree with them. I, on the other hand, have a master's degree in a technical field and I'm the dumb one?

When you have people coming at you from all sides, leaking information about you, often lying about you, you learn to defend yourself. I certainly did, and had to from that crazy in ways you can only imagine.

And for the record? My husband is brilliant but is learning disabled, which is why he did not go to college. He would have failed out for sure with that type of traditional academia. So I'm not really terrible 'invested' in whether someone got As, Bs, or Cs for that reason. I'm surprised he's so hard on others, but that's liberalism for you.

Yes yes, all good. But do you care when people who are invested in the perception of their grades lie about it repeatedly over decades
to puff themselves up? I mean it’s clear that Trump would disagree with you about the grade thing because otherwise he wouldn’t lie so vociferously about graduating no. 1 in his class. In other words you are dismissive of the president and how much he cares about grades. I agree with you there.

Exactly! Most people wouldn't have cared until Trump made a big deal about how "smart" he was. So then people will want to see proof of that. Not everyone is dumb enough to just take him at his word.

Do the words "Gary Hart" mean anything to Trumpsters? I'll say it again.. Trump needs to know when to keep his mouth shut.. him and his whole family.

The most ominous thing Michael Cohen said about Trump

“Given my experience working for Mr. Trump, I fear that if he loses the election in 2020, that there will never be a peaceful transition of power."

I shivered when he said that, because it's SO possible. He discredits all institutions and will almost certainly contest any election result that doesn't name him the clear winner. And more importantly, the day he leaves the White House he will almost certainly be indicted, possibly arrested and financially destroyed.

And he's backed by about 60 million Americans with probably 10 times that many guns.

This is the kind of crap that's insulting and that further highlights the sh*t-storm that surrounded Hillary's "basket of deplorables" comment. (Deplorable is an adjective, by the way. drives me mad . . .)

So we're going to KEEP up with the stereotypes to what end? Do you WANT another Civil War? b/c this one will me MUCH worse than our first . . . MUCH

I can't believe how hungry you all are on ripping into people on both sides. It's sick.

No one can think critically. People immerse themselves into some black and white agenda and froth at the mouth when something is hyped up.

sick

DP.. wasn't Trump who said something about picking up your guns in reference to Hillary or something?

frothing at the mouth . . .

Look - sane people see Trump for who he is. But instead of banding together - across party lines- we adhere to ONE agenda, which creates the Machiavellian effect. It's easy to control people when they're all fighting each other.

Not all Conservatives are in militias - ready to arm up and shoot. Not all Liberals are vegans doing yoga each morning. But this is what the news portrays each day, and these stereotypes are perpetuated on these threads.

again - frothing at the mouths b/c we love the drama!

so reactive . . . Where are the proactive measures ensuring kids are learning? that they're READY for learning b/c their emotional and physical needs are met? (Maslow, anyone?)

I can't believe how limited the thinking is - and this forum supposedly represents an educated group.

Trump should put Hannity under oath and make him testify to that to clear his name. Trump should prove Cohen is lying, and this would be one way to do it. Right Trump supporters? Who's with me?

Ha... people just don't know when to keep their mouths shut.

Legal analysts also had some thoughts, and some even suggested Hannity could be subpoenaed:

Sean Hannity is now volunteering himself as a witness. I look forward to his testimony. https://t.co/eOjhlkg4mU
— David Cicilline (@davidcicilline) March 1, 2019

Right, and then Trump paid Cohen back anyway because he’s such a nice guy. SDNY should subpoena Hannity. No Attorney-client priv here & he didn’t learn this in his capacity as a “journalist.” https://t.co/F4xCkJ0qOX
— Mimi Rocah (@Mimirocah1) March 1, 2019

Hannity just made himself a witness in a congressional inquiry and the SDNY probe https://t.co/pdSnvztayR

Absolutely Hannity should be subpoenad. He can either repeat his bullshit under oath (and be exposed to a perjury charge). Or he can admit he was lying. Expose hat f—ker.

Oh that's exactly what Hannity is trying to do. Set himself up as a witness. Gives him a lot of publicity. Either that or he is so fricken stupid, as he just incriminated himself.

I don't know. I was not at the closed door Intelligence Committee meeting yesterday, but I am sure they didn't eat nothingburgers for 7 hours, then invite Cohen back for another round of nothingburgers.

Not to mention his 70 hours with the SCO. And his constant contact with the SDNY.

Yes, he suggested a "second amendment" solution if Hillary won. But liberals are the meanies.
