After the access Hollywood video was released, Cohen traded calls with Trump, Hicks, David Pecker and Daniels attorney.

Trump's involvement as Individual 1 is detailed in the documents.

The documents squarely implicate Trump in the cover up, but like with the obstruction of justice identified in the Mueller Report, the DOJ guidelines suggest the President cannot be indicted while in office. So once again, we are left for the Congress or voting Trump out, for him to face justice.

Aboard Air Force One, President Trump told reporters that he did not know that his personal attorney paid adult-film star Stormy Daniels $130,000 days before the presidential election. Trump also said he doesn’t know where Cohen got the money.

Breaking on @MSNBC: The unredacted search warrants in the Michael Cohen case describe a series of calls in October 2016 between Trump, Cohen, and Hope Hicks that the FBI says were regarding how to keep Stephanie Clifford (aka Stormy Daniels) from going public with her story.
