2010G BSC Coming For FVU

23 players on roster and two of them are recovering from ACL So 21 players for a U16 girls ECNL roster to start the year. Most teams have a few injuries in these HS teams so it seems like a reasonable roster size. VDA has 20 listed; is that a huge roster?

u know the answer to that. Thats BSC family politics to address.

23 is ridiculous. Multiple girls who won't play at all. Yes there might be a couple injuries but it's basically 2 full teams.

The inside scoop is it's actually more than 23.
And if FVU's roster is now much lighter (it was to begin anyway) sounds like full playing minutes will be possible there. It's a key recruiting year and the goal is not to win games, but to actually be seen playing!

The two big gets for 09/10 (ID session invites/ENCL all stars) switched their alliances today. Note one is already committed to college. I can guarantee they are not paying. I can also guarantee they are taking your players time.

So… who to reach out to if you want a look from this team?

Yes, and the slow bleed will continue. Some keep saying “Move On!”, but there is no moving on so long as players continue to bail, which won’t stop happening anytime soon.

Players aren't bailing FVU this is just minformation. Some left this summer, no biggie, 23 person rosters at BSC is real information, thats a biggie!

This was not today. They left a while ago.
FVU recruits were all promised they would not have to pay at BSC.

This is true. BSC waiving fees in order to pull players from FVU!

Makes sense. The other 18 chumps (you 'Rents) are paying and the 5 FVU girls are playing for free. Only one is worth a scholarship, the rest are not better than the potential BSC girls they are replacing. NM has promised first 11 roles for these girls. That should go over well...

So dumb, it took FVU's (core group) 3 years, longer if you count pre 11v11 years, to finally be better than BSC at the end of u15 to then leave for the team they've been fighting to compete with for years at u16. BSC has better talent, but FVU was a better TEAM. I'd argue this is stil the case despite the 5 defections.

BSC 2010s are the best team in this area. FVU needed to add players from SYC and Brave over the last several years to be relevant. Do not disguise an improvement in talent and in results as some sort of hard work and development. You added better players, and your team did better. Funny how that works. Now you are crying because another team used your playbook and added players, which everyone knows is the only reason that this Mclean/FVU team got better. Now your team will be lucky to finish in the top 5 of a weak age group in the MA.

The roster size complaints are funny as well as all of FVU high school teams are over 18 players except for 2010, and if the fvu players did not leave would be in the mid 20's. VDA also has 20+ players at every High school age group. VDA also has 29 players on one team. Let's discuss those roster sizes as well. Clearly some very upset FVU adults. Look on the bright side, you will save money this year, with no trip to the west coast in July.
