The HOA assigned common areas as parking spots that only some people get, even though everyone pays HOA fees. They should not have assigned these.

Part 2: The lawyers for the HOA are loving that they are getting paid to pull this stunt because it's so obviously wrong and won't stand in court.

I also don't care about the complaint getting posted (though I would like cliff's notes) but when will this go to court?

I just want to FF and find out the verdict. This is like a bad Netflix show I can't quit.

You failed to mention how the HOA board President is benefiting from the unlawful parking policy.

Touche. Even worse, covering it up.

Okay well geez, can't the HOA provide the list of

1. Assigned parking spot numbers
2. Addresses they are associated with

That should clear it all up. That info should be available to any HOA member.

Most things on paper or writing have no legal effect including the assignment of the HOA parking spaces.

The better question is, WHY CANT FRANK POST HIS STUPID COMPLAINT? I know it’s embarrassing crap, but he should at least stand by it.

Right- we know that the spots were assigned (illegally? noncompliantly? fraudulently?) but it happened, and people can't decide if a board member has 1 spot, 2 spots or no spots. So push out the fake list and let us see which spots are assigned where, even if they shouldn't be. Does that list exist?

The Board President has two reserved parking spots in the HOA common areas. One of these spots is located on our side of the street, a few doors down from us. Given that the Board President does not reside on this block, this specific assignment of a reserved spot in this location does not seem to be the most practical or logical arrangement.

I would appreciate it if the Board could review this allocation and consider reassigning this particular reserved spot to a more appropriate location, or making it available for general use by residents.

Why is FC talking to himself on the thread? IP addresses don’t lie.

You need to get a grip, bro. Everyone you disagree with isn't "Frank".

I believe there are several aspects beyond just the parking policy that you could benefit from reevaluation. I do not need Frank to post the complaint. I received a copy from the court. It is telling how the HOA will not circulate the complaint.

Umm, you have no idea what you are talking about or the problem you are creating.

Why won’t Frank post the complaint here? Starting to think this whole thing is fake.

FC will post anything — except his own complaint. Sad!

The fearsome courtroom warrior won’t even post his own complaint. He’s “filed a lawsuit,” yet the complaint is… imaginary? Cliff notes and chest-thumping aren’t pleadings; documents are. Post the link or admit this is legal cosplay. Until then, it’s not a case—it’s a campfire story. And a boring one.

The HOA Board should circulate the complaint and a list of assigned parking spaces and associated addresses (to their HOA members whom they are answerable to--- I don't expect them to post it here for us public yahoos).

And then an HOA person should post it here! For the nosy pubic yahoos! thanks!
