This is not true. Show us the documentation. The Shane guy keeps saying the city required these assigned parking spaces be allotted but that's bs. A certain number of parking spaces are required usually by some type of metric but I've never seen a requirement for assigned spaces. What Shane is doing is very disingenuous.

1. Assigned parking spot numbers
2. Addresses they are associated with

That should clear it all up. That info should be available to any HOA member.
