A phrase no one on Bachelor or Bachelorette has ever before said...

I hope I have the Fantasy Suites so we can get in some good conversations!

Matching jerseys too, hmm. Hope they're just having fun. He doesn't seem like he ever got over his divorce.

They seem like such a better match than he and Joan. Both sexy Jewish midwest people, not cookie cutter conservative like Joan.

Agree, would be the only hot couple to come out of this franchise.

Y'all think Jordan is "hot"? What? No.

I’ve heard him referred to as hot more than any of the other men.

He is the least attractive; Chock, Pascal, and Guy are all better looking than Jordan. By quite a bit.

Jioan"s hair is a little shorter in Tahiti, looks better.
I think she likes Guy the best, I do!
Chock is creepy.
Pascal is too cool for Joan.

OMG! I was so preoccupied with my son’s college apps that I forgot to watch!!! Can I see it anywhere without buying a subscription?

Weird. Shouldn't your son have been working on his own apps?

It's weird that Pascal's date included the bonding ceremony versus a fun outing like the other guys. It seemed a bit inappropriate.

If he wasn't into her at all, he probably should have eliminated himself being going this far versus taking a spot from another guy.

From the previews, looks like Joan is wearing another cleavage dress for the men tell all episode.

Having a cosmetic procedure is like buying a Birkin bag.

I don't think there's anything wrong with doing some "up keep" with the face/body/hair as you age. If that means pulling up the jowls b/c they sag, or pulling up the breasts or belly for the same reason -- go for it! But, my goodness, it's a shame that people pay good money to look like they have HAD WORK DONE. That's not supposed to be the goal. I'm not sure if it is the customer demanding extraordinary measures of the surgeon, or if the surgeon is fleecing people who have the means to pay -- and the surgeon is telling the client that she looks great when she actually looks plastic and un-real. Either way, the client/customer HAS to know when to stop trying to look 25 when they are actually 55. It never turns out well. LESS is MORE.

Joan looked SO MUCH better in her natural state. When you lose your muscle functions/facial movement, it's passed into "too much" territory.

You think she looked so much better "in her natural state" because she was much younger in those photos. Most men, certainly older ones, are going to rate women who have had work done like Joan's as more attractive than women the same age who have had none.

You're probably correct, and that's sad.

Agreed. Look how quickly Gerry cut lose the women who were closer to his age and/or aging the most naturally.

He was in it for the fun and the publicity. Her problem for keeping him in lieu of men who were genuinely into her. She's old enough to know better, but decided to take a gamble because she loved his lifestyle and hoped against hope he'd fall for her. Everyone could see he was not remotely infatuated.

Disagree. Chock is like an old stuffy grandpa, Guy has dentures and looks frightening, Pascal is okay I guess. Jordan to me is the most youthful and attractive. As a 45yo woman I'd go for him if single.

It was rather callous of Pascal to say "I know what being is love is, and I'm not in love with you."

He's blunt -- which in this case, was saying too much to Joan. He could have just said that he isn't going to get to that level with her. But, to put the dagger in her by saying "It's YOU, not me." That was harsh.

Pascal was in it for the fun and the publicity. I think he's used to dating people much younger than he is, and younger than Joan. His last wife (with whom he had children) was 18 years younger than him.

I think he's looking for someone who is FUN! with a capital "F". Joan is a more quiet, reserved, proper person. She likes to be with someone who adds color to her life. But, Pascal is looking for someone who brings pizzazz and drama and who is eye-candy.

Re: Chock. At first I thought he was just "aw shucks" midwestern. But, the way he presses her -- both physically leaning into her personal space and verbally pressing her... it feels like pressure.

Joan picks him, but it does have echos of Devin -- the guy who is REALLY into the lead, but then fades out.

Chock is not a Devin creep. But, he needs to tone it down. It's too much.

Chock is creepy, too touchy and intense. He's in it to win it.

Guy is going along for the production but wouldn't actually stay in a relationship with Joan.

Maybe it is the salesman in him? But I agree it is off-putting.

It makes sense that Pascal would date someone younger. Trophy wife. Trophy car. He seems to have a need for external displays of success (perhaps compensating for his early struggles or being in a field many men would look down on?).
