Beach body in 3 months!

How can I make it happen? Is it possible to get a beach body in 2 1/2- 3 months?! Tips? Tricks?!

go to the beach with your body. there. you have a beach body.

Are you a healthy weight already? Your body will be made in the kitchen not in the gym.

Meth binge will absolutely get you there.

Doesn't this belong in the infomercial thread?

I guess but you would have to exercise like crazy and no carbs. But I ascribe by the "have body and go to the beach" philosophy.

I agree with the bring your body to the beach philosophy BUT, if you want to look fantastic while there, you may be able to in 3 months. Are we talking 10-20 lbs?

60 minutes moderate cardio daily, weight bearing exercises targeting large muscle groups 2x/week per group: upper and lower body, reduce caloric intake and decrease sugar, carbs and alcohol.

Uhhh This will make anyone’s body look horrible. Yeah you’ll be thin, but you’ll look gross and your teeth will rot.

Do Insanity! I think it's 8 or 10 weeks. I did it 2 years ago and got in great shape. Now that I'm weaning DS, just finished day 1 of another round to prep for anAugust beach trip

Southbeach diet. You'll hate life for the first week, but it works.

I splurged on a personal trainer for 24 sessions and in the first 4 weeks gained 4lbs of muscle (I was in terrible shape - I don't think this gain is "typical") But -overall I've been making a sustainable change and getting some great workouts using HIIT, heavy lifting and just good old fashioned having someone motivate me.

Sure I don't "NEED" this, but the pressure of having to meet someone at the gym and having a workout designed for me has definitely led to a pretty good transformation in one month, and I suspect by three months I'll have close to a "beach body".

The real work is in the kitchen - which I'm admittedly not great at. Body change is mostly diet...but I'm really pleased with my strength changes. I can do actual pushups now!

21:28 back - I do two sessions with the trainer -

1 50 minute HIIT/heavy lift Friday
1 30 minute just lifting - pyramids, etc Tuesday
1 hour session on my own doing combo of above Sunday
and have just started adding 1 day of sprints / jog / run for about 30 minutes in between. Wednesday or Thursday

Cut carbs and fat. Get in enough protein and water. Lift weights.

First of all it depends where you're starting
second of all it will largely come down to diet
Third of all, you want a beach body for September?
