Beach body in 3 months!

Sure I don't "NEED" this, but the pressure of having to meet someone at the gym and having a workout designed for me has definitely led to a pretty good transformation in one month, and I suspect by three months I'll have close to a "beach body".

The real work is in the kitchen - which I'm admittedly not great at. Body change is mostly diet...but I'm really pleased with my strength changes. I can do actual pushups now!

You did not gain 4 lbs of muscle in 4 weeks. That is physically not possible for women who can put on at most 1 lb of muscle a month at the outside. That weight is a combo of a tiny bit of muscle, some fat, and water retention from the cortisol your newly worked muscles put out.

Whatever. I love the way the Tanita scale lied to me. My pants are looser.

second of all it will largely come down to diet
