Not every bad guy is a fascist. There are other destructive ideologies. Learn about them.

This is actually a very interesting balanced take. Never heard of the blog before though, so take it with a grain of salt.

Complete self-defense. Lots of people on here spouting fake facts and making up their own little narratives. Most don’t even know what truly happened. Get the real facts.

Doesn't matter. George Floyd was no saint too. He just had the misfortune to die an unjust death on camera. And this kid had the misfortune to get himself in a bad spot. He's lucky he isn't dead, so maybe this will work out for him, like that Kentucky Catholic kid.

of course it matters. it shows that Rittenhouse is an aggressive violent hothead, which supports the narrative that the victims were trying to disarm him after he was making threats.

otoh nothing in the George Floyd incident supports that the police needed to kneel on his neck for 8 minutes.

He's not acting aggressive there. He's acting clueless. They said he pointed a gun at them earlier. He didn't even react. There's definitely something wrong with him. Can't tell from that video what it is.

You both are clearly ignorant about laws. This was a clear case of self-defense.

I have seen this broken down by multiple criminal attorneys and researched it fully. There are actual reliable testimony from the camera man ( didn’t know either the gunman or the victims prior to that night) and several videos explaining exactly what had happened.

Kyle went there to protect his friends store that was vandalized the night prior. Yes, he was 17 and from Antioch, IL ( I’m a local and it’s only a 30 minute drive to Kenosha, and far less what others, including some of the victims, drove to get there). He did not transport the AR-15 across state lines - it was his friends gun who lives I’m WI. It was legal for Kyle to open carry a long gun in IL. Kyle was also there with medic supplies. He has been in multiple cadet programs for lifeguard, firefighter, and police.

Kyle and his friends were confronted by protestors and one of the victims can be seen on video shouting racial slurs and telling Kyle to “ shoot me, n word”,
“ shoot me, n word”. Then the protestors leave and set a garbage can on fire to push into a police car. Kyle gets a fire extinguisher and puts the fire out. The man who earlier confronted Kyle, starts to chase Kyle through the parking lots. He throws something at him but he misses. He keeps chasing Kyle and corners him. He reaches for Kyles gun and Kyle fires. At the start of the chase, someone ( unknown) fires a handgun into the crowd. Kyle calls his friend and said “ I just killed somebody”. People are then telling him to leave and then they start saying “ get this mother F”.

Kyle starts running towards the police a couple of blocks down and a group of people start running after him. One guy hits Kyle in the back of the head and then another hits him and he trips and falls to the ground. Another person shoots a handgun but misses. One guy tries to kick Kyle in the head but he misses. The second victim who died hits Kyle with a skateboard in the head and gets shot. The third guy ( who has a gun in his hand) has his hands up and Kyle hesitates. The guy then lunges again and Kyle shoots him in the arm. Another guy puts his hands up and Kyle does not shoot. He then goes to the cops.

To me it was a clear case of self-defense. What many of you fail to realize is just because Kyle may have broken the law by being there across state lines as a minor, that does not mean he forfeits his right to protect himself if he feels he is at risk of Grey bodily harm or death. Even if Kyle was an aggressor earlier that evening, once he is retreating from the situation, he is no longer the aggressor.

The camera backed up and gave full account showing Kyle attempted to retreat both times before he used the gun to protect himself. I have no doubt he would have been killed or beaten severely by both groups had he not had the gun to defend himself.

The guy shot in the arm even said later in the hospital said his only regret was “ not shooting him first and emptying the entire mag into him”. That shows he would have shot Kyle ( his gun was aimed at his head) if Kyle had not shot him first.

All 3 victims had multiple records for sexual abuse and domestic violence charges. The victim who lived was in possession of an illegal firearm since he is a felon. Not that it makes anything right. They are just not the poster boy heroes the media is making them out to be.

I’m in no way defending what Kyle did. I don’t wish death on anyone. I wish him ( and everyone) would have stayed home. That didn’t happen and I believe Kyle acted in self-defense both times. Multiple lawyers have said its a clear case of self-defense.

These are the facts and accounts of what happened.

DP. No Breitbart is at best a questionable source. You need to fact-check anything that comes from them because they publish quite a lot of false information.

https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/breitbart/

Overall, we rate Breitbart Questionable based on extreme right-wing bias, the publication of conspiracy theories and propaganda as well as numerous false claims.

He also had no business being there with an out of state gun. Did the store owner ask or employ him to come? Seriously, this is BS. He shold not have been there, didn't have the physical or mental maturity to handle the situation and killed two people and maimed another. Zero sympathy.

And seriously, you are a kid in Illinois posting on a mom's message board in DC?

PP here. What will most likely help his case is Kyle didn’t shoot wildly and indiscriminately. He only shot those that were a threat, and even hesitated to shoot the third guy who looked like he was going to back off. He only shot him once he lunged at him again. He did not shoot the other guy who was close to him who put his hands up.

The camera man kept up the entire time and he gave this full account of what happened, along with video. He said Kyle acted in self-defense after being attacked twice. There are multiple interviews with him prior and it doesn’t suggest he was out to hurt anyone. He even has clips with Kyle running around asking if anyone needs medical help.

You lost me at "you are both ignorant." We were both talking about specific videos that showed something else entirely, and weren't at the scene But we weren't even talking about the same video, which was my mistake, and I said so. The entire rest of your post has been hashed out multiple times on this thread. If you looked, you could have saved yourself some typing.
