Rubio is just articulate Neocon.
Vance is supposed to be less warmonger and preferred by Iran.

He's also a convenient scapegoat if necessary.

Every time I think of Trump and his erratic and nonsensical behavior I think of this scene from Fresh Prince. Netanyahu is Will, Trump is Hillary, Putin is Carlton.

Too many betas all trying to be alpha. You have GayDee Thiel, 3 Mossad agents, and a zionist navy war criminal. Not a great combined IQ.

Vice President Vance leads US delegation in move Iran had hoped for
https://aje.news/ndjgyz?update=4481874

The US negotiating team heading to Islamabad includes familiar faces: Jared Kushner, special envoy Steve Witkoff, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and CENTCOM Commander Admiral Brad Cooper, several of whom took part in earlier indirect negotiations with Iran.

JD Vance has been added to the team, and added very hastily.

He was in Hungary and was brought back when he was appointed chief negotiator.

This is a critical point.

It is known that Iran wanted to do business with JD Vance. They preferred him to the other negotiators. So this is, in a way, an easing into the negotiations by the Trump administration; putting Vance in this position is itself a gesture.

Reports say Iran did haphazardly deploy mines in the strait during the early days of the war, and is now struggling to find and remove them.

Israel ‘a curse for humanity’: Pakistan’s defence minister
https://www.aljazeera.com/news/liveblog/2026/4/9/iran-war-live-israel-kills-254-in-lebanon-shaking-trump-tehran-ceasefire?update=4478080

Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has called Israel “evil and a curse for humanity” in a social media post, accusing it of committing “genocide” in Lebanon while peace negotiations are under way.

“Innocent citizens are being killed by Israel, first Gaza, then Iran and now Lebanon, bloodletting continues unabated,” he said.

Israel is evil and a curse for humanity, while peace talks are underway in Islamabad, genocide is being committed in Lebanon. Innocent citizens are being killed by Israel, first Gaza, then Iran and now Lebanon, bloodletting continues unabated. I hope and pray people who created this cancerous state on Palestinian land to get rid of European jews burn in hell.

I'm sorry, this is disgusting. Pakistan is an actual terrorist factory. They have no export business except terrorism. Pick someone else to criticize Western imperialism.

Israeli aggression is not "Western Imperialism". It's Israeli imperialism.

Israel does not just occupy the Middle East but they occupy the United States. We don’t have a government that works for us. When the President of the Us ignores the cia, pentagon, state dept all in favor of Israel and blasts his own MAGA influencers/ American podcasters journalists in favor of mark levin and Ben Shapiro, what do you call that? When the Us lies about its own ceasefire in order to cover for Israeli aggression in Lebanon breaking the ceasefire, what do you call that? When police can come to your door for First Amendment free speech “violations” for criticizing a foreign government not your own goverment, what is that called? Is that a government or is that tyranny/occupation? You tell me.

“Beware foreign entanglements” was George Washington’s parting words as president.

You can criticize Donald Trump in all 50 states. You can burn the American flag. You can’t do the same with Israel in some jurisdictions. This is called a slow walk to tyranny. Trump did not place his hand on the Bible during the last inauguration. He does not swear to protect the Us constitution and freedom
Because he’s not President of the US
and he’s certainly not here to make America greater. When will MAGA wake up and realize he’s a Manchurian candidate? He was always Mossad’s horse not necessarily putin’s. In 2015/2015, Mossad helped Trump beat hillary

DP. Just astounding that you actually think presidents-elect are required to place their hand on any type of religious text, or any object at all. There is no Constitutional requirement for this whatsoever. What ignorance to state that "he's not President of the US" when of course, he is indeed the president - like him, love him, loathe him, no one cares. Stop making idiotic statements about him "not placing his hand on the Bible" during his inauguration. That has nothing to do with anything and must makes you sound like a simpleton.

Jared is going to Kushner the whole deal and we will be back to fighting and $10 a gallon all to save his beloved [redacted].

JD Vance should make sure he’s on the same plane as Kushner.

After previously dealing with two Israeli agents, Iran requested to speak with someone who might be an American.

Seriously no credible reports say this. Seems like you are pushing propaganda. 150-200 ships have passed through the strait since the “war” started. Why haven’t they hit any mines? It’s a very narrow shipping channel.

Just stop.

Oh. I see. You can't stand it when western news sources report the news. Get a life. Iran laid mines and you'll just have to deal with it. Here's an Australian site quoting from Iranian itself:

The threat of Iranian sea mines continues to loom over the Strait of Hormuz.

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) issued a map purporting to indicate a "danger zone" in the critical global shipping passage.

Released through the semiofficial local news agencies ISNA and Tasnim, the map offers alternate routes in the strait near Larak Island, closer to Iran's mainland.

The IRGC said vessels must navigate using the new map due to "the likelihood of the presence of various types of anti-ship mines in the main traffic zone".
