Oh.  I see.  You can't stand it when western news sources report the news.  Get a life.  Iran laid mines and you'll just have to deal with it.  Here's an Australian site quoting from Iranian itself:

The threat of Iranian sea mines continues to loom over the Strait of Hormuz.

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) issued a map purporting to indicate a "danger zone" in the critical global shipping passage.

Released through the semiofficial local news agencies ISNA and Tasnim, the map offers alternate routes in the strait near Larak Island, closer to Iran's mainland.

The IRGC said vessels must navigate using the new map due to "the likelihood of the presence of various types of anti-ship mines in the main traffic zone".
