Maybe it is a stroke? We don't really know what happened after that shooting - we don't know at all - but he's been even weirder than usual when he isn't in hiding.

Well, at least we can be assured that he's going to be fully transparent with the American people so we have the insight we need about the person who has a 50/50 shot of taking the presidency.

Eh, W was a crummy President who was wrong about most things, but in his own misguided way he cared about the country. He also wasn’t a felon or an adjudicated rapist, and he didn’t try to overthrow the government.

Bush cared so much about the country that he sent young people off to be killed and maimed for his Iraq lies while his buddies got richer. He also ruined our public schools with NCLB. The only reason you have anything good to say about him is because he doesn't get involved in politics anymore. I've seen this carousel of Republican respectability my whole life.

Many Dems wish he *did* get move involved in politics. He certainly wouldn't support Trump.

Obviously because Trump embarrassed his brother Jeb during the 2016 primary. He was supposed to be the winning candidate and flopped like a fish.

That's not the only reason. From the beginning of Trump's presidency ("That was some weird sh!t") to the end ("This is how election results are disputed in a banana republic – not our democratic republic.") Bush has been well aware of how horrible it was. He's just done with the spotlight.
