This is very interesting. But I wonder if it matters once he decided to end the marriage. I feel sorry for Sophie. She came so close to getting everything she wanted, and now things will be complicated and so much harder for the kids. |

Agree! I feel sorry for Sophie too. I just can't believe he pulled the plug so abruptly. That's it? An argument and then straight to divorce? |

Look how often people on here suggest divorce. Often over one incident too. I have no doubt if a woman posted on here that while out of the country for work she overheard her husband trashing her to his friends on the ring camera - there would be many posts telling her to leave him and divorce. And I don’t even know obviously if that is what led to him filing. Could have been a lot more to it. |

Legally, the letter doesn’t matter much.
People are obviously allowed to change their minds. However, as a PR strategy, this is brilliant. So far Sophie’s team have used silence and court documents as a very effective communication strategy. Meanwhile Joe’s team keeps issuing statements and fumbling fake leaks. I will say one thing. Once the divorce is over and dust settles, Sophie will eventually give her first interview and it’s going to be epic. |

I bet he’s regretting leaking that the ring video instigated the divorce. Whatever Sophie said about him, the internet has deduced far worse after how he treated her. He was obviously hoping that people would speculate about drunken outings, maybe drugs or cheating? Instead he was mocked over it and his own team had to clarify that it was just a video of Sophie complaining to a girlfriend. He looks so bad. Meanwhile, Sophie is living in Taylor Swift’s apartment. You can’t make this stuff up. |

I haven't seen PDFs of Joes divorce filing or the letter from Joe about the house purchase in the UK, which Sophie has filed as part of her lawsuit. For those I think you do have to rely on quotes reported in the media. |

It doesn’t matter. Plans change…especially when something life changing happens prompting you to end your marriage. ^^^ I posted this pages ago. A legal expert said it on GMA. He basically said Sophie is grasping for a legal argument but this one won’t work. |

It seems really weird that custody of the children would be decided in a place neither parent lives and where the children are not going to live. I don’t know if England is necessarily the right place but Florida just seems wrong. It would’ve funny if the federal judge ordered them to establish residency somewhere and then file. |

What would be really amazing is if Taylor and Sophie went to the game and they set up a playdate for her kids with Travis’ little nieces! I think he has 2 or 3 and they’re all around the same ages. |
