It doesn’t matter. Plans change…especially when something life changing happens prompting you to end your marriage.

It seems really weird that custody of the children would be decided in a place neither parent lives and where the children are not going to live.

I don’t know if England is necessarily the right place but Florida just seems wrong. It would’ve funny if the federal judge ordered them to establish residency somewhere and then file. [/quote]
