I know, what?! It has to be the land. But even then, I can't see how it could be worth more than 1 mil, but what do I know?

OMG, I grew up in Arlington and this is down right shameful.

No, just no.

Wow. That is awful.

Clarendon people, what will this sell for?

They are out of their minds. I live in this neighborhood and I'd say $700K teardown price.

Looks like they've been trying for a while based on the zillow price history - list at crazy price, remove it, list at another crazy price, gradually lower it. But then they just INCREASED the price in March and then started lowering it again!

If it sells for that it’s officially End of Times.

I think 1 M teardown price. Sellers are pretty optimistic.

Clearly trying to get a developer to buy them out. I'm pretty sure there has been a For Sale By Owner sign on it over the years as well.

Delusional.

I would like to give a special shout out to Op for the inspired title.
May your language be ever crass and your threads go unreported.

I just wish I could’ve been a fly on the wall when somebody thought painting the upper cabinets that hideous color, and not the lower cabinets would be a fabulous idea.
