I think so too and I believe they both really tried to make it work. He came at a perfect time for her. I think it's very obvious, at least to me, they disagreed with how public Taylor wished their relationship to be. I think Taylor will grow to regret all the publicity she has with Travis.

I don’t think anyone is blaming Taylor for the country’s mess. I think it is just telling about her “people pleasing/money making” mentality that she is settling down and getting married right when the people in charge are pushing women to do just that.
For me, I am more pushing back on the idea that Taylor was any kind of feminist/pro women’s rights. She is only capitalist and will play to the money.

I like her too and was beginning to think she was becoming overexposed during her two years of touring, attending football games, putting out albums, etc. I sincerely hope her new album/engagement/wedding doesn't overexpose her further. That's why I'm hoping she has a smaller wedding.

Well, when people feel like they know you, like they are in a relationship with you, they can also feel betrayed, disappointed, and angry. It's a double edged sword. If she wants fans to be excited and thrilled for her when they see her engagement photos, she can't be surprised when they are angry and frustrated when she's silent on Trump or seen celebrating Brittney Mahomes birthday.

But she's always found a way to navigate it before, so who knows. She's definitely among the best in terms of manipulating public sentiment in her favor.
