This is silly. The risk is small. |

I do think if celebs want to avoid scrutiny of their relationships, it's not that hard. Look at Zendaya and Tom Holland. They got engaged without announcing it (people found out like several months later and only because she was spotted at an event in a ring that no jeweler's PR had announced was on loan to her, and then it was confirmed it was an engagement ring) and then no news about a wedding, and now it sounds like they already got married. Stuff like this is why people don't obsessively speculate about them, because they are just private and don't invite people in.
You can also do what Josh Allen and Haylee Steinfeld did and be more public (public engagement announcement, released wedding photos to press) but just be extremely straightforward and not dodgy about it -- we are getting married, yes the wedding is soon, here are pictures of our wedding. You can actually tamp down paparazzi obsessiveness if tabloids just know in advance they'll get good quality photos from the source and a press release in a timely way that avoids anyone being scooped. Take all the mystery out of it. Or you can be extremely public about it but also keep it all a mystery to build maximum interest and speculation, and then complain that the scrutiny is unfairly intense. That is also an option. |
Small? He'll be 37 years old and plays one of the most physical positions. He's been playing for 25 years! It's a virtually guarantee he has CTE, only question is how severe. |
Oh please. Nobody is near the level of stardom Taylor is - you’re seriously comparing them to Haylee and Josh? Ridiculous. |
Rihanna is more popular than Taylor and she hasn’t released an album or toured in over a decade. |
+1 The PP is the usual CTE troll. She can't seem to stop obsessing over it. |
If you're implying TS and TK are doing the last option - how so? I haven't seen either of them complain about the scrutiny. |
DP. I'm sorry this keeps you up at night. |
Oh wow. No, no she's not. |
Most people globally would not be able to name one TS song. She’s successful because she knows how to manipulate her American fanbase into buying 30 different variants of her albums. |
Yeah, that’s ridiculous. Taylor just came off an 18 month tour that was the biggest tour any of us will ever witness. It changed local economics for gods sake. And the fact that she is so prolific constantly putting out new makes her talked about all the time. PP is really trying to say the person that we talk about all the time is less popular than the person no one has talked about for 10 years. I love Rihanna and I get that she has a strong fan base but she lays low. Taylor keeps producing music and going on tour and things so of course we’re going to talk about it more and of course it’s going to be harder to hide her relationship. |
DP. No it isn’t. TE have highest concussion risk and total number of years of play is correlated with higher risk. |
Stop pitting women against women. Rihanna is a super star and was a billionaire years ago. Taylor is a superstar and a billionaire. Neither is better. They are both amazing and known worldwide. |
You haters are just so repetitively boring |
Have Travis and Taylor ever publicly said they had an issue with scrutiny? They are both very public people and she, especially, is used to speculation, criticism, and general reporting about her every move. I don’t think she cares. She has her security team and seems able to stay under the radar when she wants to. When she’s seen or something is released she knows full well it’s going to be out there. |
