What property? Give me a scenario and the resulting property seizure. |
They need to stop being afraid of doxxing and start living their lives. Back to normal—it’s urgent! Just like it was urgent that we get back to normal after COVID—with no masks. |
DP, but valuables in safety deposit boxes is a huge one. vehicles homes boats cash (read all the stories of little old ladies and men who cash out their savings account, then unknowlingly try to board a public flight with the cash and have it seized due to "suspicious behaviors" and "criminal activity". |
BWAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAA NEVER tell a cop you have a firearm. That's a good way to get shot by them, either on purpose or accidentally. Most cops are completely inept with firearms. |
That's for sure. |
I’d appreciate a link to a story about this. |
If you are removed from your car they will find it on you. I recommend you tell them. If they see it in plain view in your car with you in it you better have both hands on the steering wheel. |
Virtually everything you contributed thus far is irrational. |
I fixed this for you. |
I was hoping the OP at the top would answer this. |
There have been several inaccuracies put forward by anti police people with no receipts offered. They all went quiet when asked for reliable documentation. It’s to be expected in a polarized culture that relies on TikTok sound bites for information. |

I fixed the quotation for you so others could understand your question. Wiki is cute. There have to be real world examples of this for you to be this upset about it. I understand how the process works. I also understand that there are ways for suspects to get their property back. The most effective way is to prove the property was not related to criminal activity. That’s easy for innocent people to do. |
Yeah, I’d like to know the answer to this. The GOP just defunded DC police right before they declared a state of emergency, yet still haven’t released the fund. Why does MAGA hate the MPD which has successfully brought down crime? |
Oh ok so you didn't actually read the articles. You should try that, and then you would fine that it is extremely hard, nearly impossible, to get your property back. Some cases report that the victims never got their property back because the police already spent it. Which, getting back to the original topic of this thread, is a huge conflict of interest - that law enforcement directly benefits from the property that they seize without due process. If you read the article, you would find a list of real world examples cited there. |
