The only one that should be embarrassed is the poster that referred to a black principal as someone’s “boy” and claimed they drove the teachers away.

“Your boy” means your friend/a guy you think is so great/etc.

Now, if the previous poster had called this principal “a boy” or “that boy” you’d have good grounds to suspect racial animus.

In both of those cases you cited to prove your point, it was a black person using that term. It is very different when a white person uses that term to describe a black man. Please use some common sense.

I think he is a decent person and you all need to give him a chance as it appears that he has filled all of the vacancies.
