Fake ones aren't.

I don’t’ understand. Please show me that the electors were not alternate and instead, were created after the fact as fakes.

Here are the fake electors in Michigan trying to enter the state Capitol, and the state police telling them they are not the state’s duly appointed electors. They aren’t because their candidate lost the state by 150,000 votes.

I can't get enough of that video!

+1
The guy says they have elected officials and "electors" there. We know the electors are fake but who are the elected officials outside with them?

Apparently had Biden lost 2020, they planned to use a separate slate of electors:

Hmm...if this has been out in the open since December 2022, surely Comer and Jordan would have investigated it as soon as they got their gavels shortly afterward.

What are his health issues? He is the healthiest 40+ human being in the world.

I think house arrest is likely, but to not due to his age or health, but because of the complications arising from the Secret Service also providing protection.

Remember Bill Cospy. He went to prison when he was 80 year old...

Not being sarcastic- why would it be hard to have his prison cell guarded by secret service?

They fear he will scupper more Republican candidates in the state, and that he and his supporters will continue to threaten the ones who testified against him. So they want him in jail.

This is ridiculous. Why does every pundit keep advancing that theory? A prison is were schedules are known, there are no transport issues, location is always secure. They can isolate Trump from other inmates if they deem them to be a threat. They can rotate 3 Secret Service shifts like they do now in the designated cell block. None of this is a reason to put him under house arrest.

That’s stupid.

What is the enterprise?

It is a criminal conspiracy to commit numerous coordinated fraudulent acts for the purpose of illegally overturning the election of the presidential electors in Georgia and pressuring state officials to appoint their unelected fraudulent electors in place of the elected electors. That’s a criminal enterprise. Do you think they have to incorporate as an LLC to qualify as an enterprise?

That is not a criminal enterprise. You were being sarcastic, but yes, registering an LLC is pretty close. Getting together to commit a crime or crimes is not a criminal enterprise.
However, 5Georgia RICO is a little different, and this prosecutor managed to label Atlanta Public Schools as a criminal enterprise.

That’s nonsense.

Blame the authors of the Georgia Rico statute.

So I guess all the RICO convictions of drug dealers should be stricken if they don’t have corporate by-laws defining their criminal enterprise. Per Stringer Bell, they know not to take notes during a criminal conspiracy.

If you really need one or more registered entities to qualify as an enterprise, which you don’t, both the Trump campaign and the Georgia Republican Party would fit as their leaders are indicted conspirators who directed the criminal and fraudulent actions of most of the other indicted conspirators.

You do not need registered entities, but you do need an ongoing criminal enterprise, not just a group committing crimes. The point is to get people despite not taking notes. Certain people who commit crimes but they can't get the evidence.

I think everyone is just having a really hard time actually imagining that guy in prison, even though he clearly deserves it. It's just really really hard to picture! But you're probably right that prison is easier than house arrest and is also where he belongs.

I think house arrest is preferable to isolation.

Maybe they can isolate him just like this. This guy hasn’t even had a trial yet:

But he’s Black, so that’s different.

One of these would be appropriate I think.

Plus, he will claim Alzheimer’s or dementia. He will never serve a day in jail. The crazier he gets, the easier this defense will be
