Fake ones aren't.

I don’t’ understand. Please show me that the electors were not alternate and instead, were created after the fact as fakes.

Here are the fake electors in Michigan trying to enter the state Capitol, and the state police telling them they are not the state’s duly appointed electors. They aren’t because their candidate lost the state by 150,000 votes.

I can't get enough of that video!

+1
The guy says they have elected officials and "electors" there. We know the electors are fake but who are the elected officials outside with them?

Apparently had Biden lost 2020, they planned to use a separate slate of electors:

That is not at all what your link says.

I think house arrest is likely, but to not due to his age or health, but because of the complications arising from the Secret Service also providing protection.

This is ridiculous. Why does every pundit keep advancing that theory? A prison is were schedules are known, there are no transport issues, location is always secure. They can isolate Trump from other inmates if they deem them to be a threat. They can rotate 3 Secret Service shifts like they do now in the designated cell block. None of this is a reason to put him under house arrest.

I think house arrest is preferable to isolation.

No, he needs to go to prison. It can be a club fed prison, but he doesn’t deserve any exemption from the consequences of his actions. He attempted a coup in multiple ways after he lost the election.

Plus, he will claim Alzheimer’s or dementia. He will never serve a day in jail. The crazier he gets, the easier this defense will be

No way. He will never admit that he is mentally incapacitated.

Health issues? Not only were we assured that he was the healthiest specimen ever to run for president, but his doctor joked that Trump might live to 200.

Who would have thought that Donald would announce something like this and not go through with it!

I’m still waiting for México to build a wall for us, the press conference about Melania’s immigration, the announcement of Trump’s better, cheaper health care plan, and his sweeping plans for improving our infrastructure.

Plus, there are plenty of old men in prison.

Give the man his due! We also got a life altering pandemic and women lost their rights as citizens.

He should have considered the consequences of his actions earlier. Hope he’s not sleeping well.

He is going to claim that he has this fantastic conclusive evidence but that due to the deep state war against him and indictment he cannot disclose it just yet. A little like he could not make his tax returns public due to the audit. At the end, he is just talking to his audience and his audience already believes all the evidence is there

He is only in his early 50’s, is not a billionaire and does not have a personak super PAC paying his legal bills and knows that Trump will happily throw him under the bus if useful, so he cannot be that happy.

No it isn't.

It’s paying for court reporters in Jason Miller’s fight against paying child support. You don’t think it’s paying for Trump’s loyal co-conspirators?
