I do only 2k or so... |
I have to make an effort to get over 2500 . . . |
Have you seen the fitbit community app? Some people get 40,000+/ day. I struggle to get 10,000. |
15k on average. Sometimes 20K, I'll be lucky if I hit 13K today. |
PP Here-- is that different than the regular fitbit app? |
Really depends-if I walk to work and walk home and do one walking errand, I'll have 10,000-15,000, but today I'll probably have closer to 5,000. |
Week days, around 10K, it is the weekends where I lack.
Sometimes I get the 10K in but it is usually closer to 2K - 5K. |
Weekdays - 15-20k (I walk my kid to and from daycare and have a tread desk for the day). Weekends - 10k if I can do a long walk and errands. If it snows like this weekend and I can't do that long walk...maybe I don't even wear the fitbit because it will be depressing. |
8000 - 10,000 |
No. It's the community tab on the app. I like the weight loss and Washington, DC communities. |
Until my current setback (acute Achilles tendonitus), my minmum was 12500 and my average was closer to 15k (which I worked up to over 6 months at the beginning of the year). In order for me to lose weight I needed to beat the 15k average. About half of which was 60 minutes + at a decent clip or on a treadmill. The rest was made up of daily stuff including two dog walks.
I am now less than 5k and in water aerobics until it is healed. I had my first laser treatment today. I am in a facebook group where we are all trying to walk 2017 miles in 2017. I will miss it by 50 miles because of my injury. Hopefully, I will recover in time to do 2018 in 2018. |
Can you share face book page? |
10-15K. I don’t have a desk job. |
Same. ![]() |
Some days only 800. I drive to work, park under my building, and am chained to my desk.
My average is closer to 1,800. I think my job is killing me. |
