Just my opinion as a layperson, but I don’t think there is reasonable doubt here. I will be very surprised if he’s found not guilty.

There weren’t any further details given, he just said she was at a hotel for christmas. Juliana didn’t testify about any of the breakups. It may in her interview tapes, but I don’t think they’ve ever been released in their entirety anywhere.

the defense tried to attribute the sound on the first 911 call to a dog whining. the likely sound on the first 911 call was joe in a terrible state.

first call is significant because it was placed 13 (or 15) minutes before the ultimate 911 call.

Bb said he didn’t know about the first 911 call claimed JPM could have been in the basement. Then JPM called second time because of all the events, he never called because he had his gun in his hand or worse his hands were bloody because he was rendering aid to Christine. Would be interesting to see an expert testimony if CB tried to stop her own wounds how blood was on her hands.

Me too I didn’t believe him, but I’m not apologizing cause I still think it’s weird AF especially since he said he’s just an acquaintance. Neighbor here. I can only hope they would up and leave. The only reason BB and his mother haven’t been vocally castigated at large has been for the sake of the child.

I really hope Dateline or someone does an extended show about this case so we can see/hear things that may not have been admissable.
