Agreed. Can anyone who does believe it was the Ramseys tell me why on earth they would desecrate the body of their child? These are not evil people. I understand people think they could've covered up an accidental killing but why take it to such a heinous level with the garrote, the sexual assault, and the tying her hands? Surely they could've staged it without being so monstrous to their own daughter. |

| The A&E documentary did not address the pineapple, the NOTE, come on, or the fact that the Ramseys did not actually agree to be interviewed by the police for months and took a ton of stuff from the house right after the murder. they also did not address the fact that Patsy was wearing the same clothes as the night before, or that JB had been changed, redressed, and washed down and fibers from the parents were all over her. |

Good points. To me, the fact that they didn't immediately make themselves available for interview is a huge red flag. I can't imagine what kind of parents wouldn't do everything they could to help police catch the killer. Since I know I didn't do anything wrong, let them do whatever they need to do to eliminate me as a suspect instead of wasting time investigating me. |

Why does anyone murder their child? Statistically it is usually the parents, so your logic doesn't hold. I have no freaking clue who did it, just saying. |

The Ramseys spoke to police for hours after the murder. They had their friend get things for them because they were not allowed in the house and they were going back to Atlanta to stay with family and bury their daughter. |

So true. If she were hit in the head during a fit of anger a coverup by parents would be to tell the police that she was hit by accident. That would be the coverup. Patsy would not sexually assault and use a gator on her daughter to cover up a whack on the head. A sick peodophile would sexually assault and use a garot on a child. A sick peodophile! |

| I think the Santa neighbor guy did it. JB had said he would pay her a "special visit". I think he was waiting in the house. Wrote the note while they were at the party. Woke up JB and gave her the pineapple. Hit her with the flashlight. Took her down the basement. Was going to take her in the suitcase out the window. She wouldn't fit. He assaulted her and used the paintbrush. He couldn't do the act himself (old man, recent surgery, this was pre-viagra) but he wanted to penetrate her. (yuck). She still had a pulse so he finished her off with the garrotte. |
