I have no idea the offense King is running. It looked like just a bunch of picks and sweep over the top. They got nothing from X. Zero. On D, they double poled the middies (shutting off the big kid) and then couldn't cover simple inside cuts/picks. I don't get it. |

Based on early-season results, I'll go with the following:
1. GP - The Lil Hoyas are producing goals. 2. Bullis - Despite the depth, the Bulldogs are a complete team on both sides of the field. 3. SJC - The Cadets look very sound across the board. Two quality wins vs IMG and BL. 4. Landon - The Bears are extremely well coached 5. Paul VI - The Panthers are senior-heavy. Looked good against IMG. HM: Good Counsel - it will be interesting to see how they do against STA today at home. |
| OWU commit for Bullis outplayed everyone on the gz offense and did same versus GC. I guess he's going D3 because he's kind of small but that's a steal for OWU. And don't hit me with the "thanks Bullis dad," I'm a gz dad, just recognizing game when I see it. |
| He should look to transfer to B1G after freshman yr. |

Between the top 5, I really don't believe there is one squad that is light-years ahead of the other.
|
He's good but also really small. He'd have a tough time getting on the field at BIG/ACC school. Certainly could at a Patriot or lower. It is one of the reasons the current recruiting system is so screwed up. It is better than it was but still really strange to recruit and give offers before junior year. |
It appears to basically try to rely on their senior lefty attackman to make plays sweeping to the middle of the field. Not a lot of inside work. X just seems like a way station to move the ball from one side of the field to the other. Though there are lot of young players on offense. Their EMO leaves a lot to be desired. Ball seems to just move slowly around the outside in non threatening places. Not sure the players have big eyes because there were a couple of times on the wheel that guys were open. |
IAC has the same thee contenders as always. It will come down to late season health. It really is time to stop reviewing this league until tax day. Its like reading the instructions on your shampoo bottle. Lather, Rinse and Repeat. We know, we know. SJC has the brand name, that is the only reason why they are ranked higher - it is the name recognition from '22 and '23. (Their current team would lose by 12 to to them.) That said, they and PVI might make the WCAC a two horse race. Good Counsel is good enough for third but GZ is not a good team this year and DM is just a bad team. Ryken and the Heights might pass over either or both of them. |

Crazy how quickly DeMatha dropped off after winning the ship last season.
WCAC has 3 contenders in SJC, PVI and GC. |

Prep will do a hit and run next year when St. John's is young. Too many seniors this year.
Ah, ok. St. John's secured the best 2030 class in the area apparently. Prep will rebuild via transfers & borders. I hope they do play for the entire area, but St. John's definitely the better team this year. |
Due to Dematha having the coach they have it was 18-5, he seemed to luck out with his roster last year not realizing he may have to coach an offense this year, or a team… |
The coaching is the issue offensive players seem frustrated after being benched mid game in a blowout loss, Dematha needs a long term solution at head coach. |
| O/U Dematha lacrosse coach making it 6.5 games, last coach was fired after 7. |
| Dematha gets blown out by Gilman is the goalie the problem or the defense? |
