This board is clueless. |
Um, it says right here. @$2800 + $300 for a uniform. https://www.virginiavalorfc.org/travelfees Lots of kids try out for Valor at U9 who didn't pay to participate in the Valor academy. |

We didn't participate in any valor academy. Went from rec league to valor. This one of of their first years of business so not sure if it has changed since then. But yes Valor is 3K. Not sure why someone would disagree with this when it is literally on their website and that is how much we pay |
Until next season no one will know how many are leaving. We can only go off of what we hear from other players and some dont share what they are going to do next season. |
I never understood why things are so secretive around this time of the year, what does it matter. |
Because the coaches will stop coaching kids who are leaving (play time, at practice, etc) and people paid for the spring season. |

People don't want anyone competing for their precious player's spot, of course. Less people know the less likely they'll go through the right morning to be seen and placed well. Hey, everyone, go ID right now at every club you're looking at if you want your kid on a first of second team. Those spots are almost all filled already and just going to tryouts is the dumbest thing you can do. |
We had a coach tell us that is makes it hard for him to play kids knowing they are leaving the club. We have also seen it with other kids that announced they were leaving. Less play time. These coaches are petty AF. |
People, pretend you are staying. Reguster for tryouts. Tryout. Don't tip your hand until you have to because the coaches will sit out your kid in games and tourneys you have already paid for. |
It "makes it hard for him"? What a dipwad. |
His pride makes it hard for him not to be a petty AH and hurt the time to make sure parents know it's not okay to leave. NM that you paid for 10 months of soccer... |

Valor does not do a 10 month program. |
