And you know why? Because large employers like Walmart are cutting hours for hourly workers to keep them under the benefits limits. In many states, employees who work 30+ hours are required by law to get benefits. Employers like Walmart limit the number of hours that hourly workers can work in order to keep them under the legal limit and deny benefits. Why do you suppose that companies like Walmart hate unions?

So, the drop in full-time employment is significantly affected by large employers trying to skirt employment regulations to avoid granting benefits to hourly workers.

If someone became a US. Citizen are they still counting them as immigrants ? It seems like it.....
