Exactly. |
Looks like he is a lawyer in Vienna. |
T Patrick Smith, a Motorcycle Accident Attorney currently with the Internal Revenue Service, offers expert legal services in Vienna, Virginia. |
Ohhhhhh! |
| In his testimony about the meeting, he said he would be eligible for a promotion if the meeting went well. This seemed really off to me given the circumstances of his federal employment, but I figured he would have hinged it on something, even if it was a very general and offhand comment by a supervisor after being badgered. But I wouldnβt be surprised if someone else was like βit was a meeting to make sure he was on track because all his cases are supposed to be βgoing wellβ or heβs going on a PIP.β BB math: basically a promotion! |
Ohhhhhhh, good find! |
| Why would Christine yell "Brendan, he has a knife!" when he busted in with the gun, instead of "It's fine, this was planned!"? |
How do we know this? Good info! |
Wow, well done! |
|
BB's testimony is revolting. His description of encountering his wife with Joe is bizarre. He sees his wife supposedly being assaulted but doesn't say anything to her but calls out Police. He's a cop fetishist.
He's such a pathetic liar. |
Can't wait. Thank you for speaking up Mr. Smith. |
Exactly. Why would Christine not alert Brendan that this was all planned and to de-escalate the situation?? |
Oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive. |
CW attorney stated it to the judge this morning before the jury came into the courtroom. |
His testimony makes no sense. He called out "police" and held up the gun, Joe asked Brendan to leave or let him leave, Brendan said he was "under arrest," and then Joe forcefully stabbed Christine, instead of leaving, and that's when he got shot. |
