Lots of waiting that morning. Pulling out of the drive through, waiting for the app to work. Getting back in line. Getting good. Sitting casually in the parking lot eating. Going inside to use the restroom. Almost like he was burning time for some reason, but what?

Honestly their post made me laugh because I couldn’t tell if they were implying he was low or high income. I think the second, but I like to believe it’s the first in light of all the hand wringing I see on Reddit and the news about how McDonald’s costs so much and is losing the low income sector. I honestly haven’t been to McDonald’s in literally 20 years so I don’t know the exact cost, but I love the idea of implying BB was in that sector.

Anyway though, yes, per Juliana’s testimony he switched up his routine a few weeks prior to start going to that McDonald’s not far from the house. Whether he was going to a different McDonald’s or different restaurant or nowhere before, wasn’t really answered.

Lol he probably wanted to make sure he had plenty of user history with the McDonald's app. What a putz. It's like he fine tuned all these minor details, and he actually did a good job of that, but while ignoring how ridiculous and contrived and implausible the whole story is.

Imagine if this was all planned by Juliana so BB would catch CB with another guy and end his marriage. But then BB was filled w rage and stabbed CB. That way, only Juliana would know the truth.
BB would know he’s guilty of stabbing CB but not the catsfishing, so he uses the fact that “CB anctually cheated on him and the guy did it” to get away w murder.

I just don't get the defense's strategy of introducing all sorts of random photos, asking Brendan to identify them, then submitting to evidence and moving on to the next. It's monotonous and offers no context whatsoever.

I think the assumption we are supposed to draw is that she put her phone in the drawer as part of the fantasy she set up.

Phone records would show who she was talking to (if anyone). I think maybe he brought it up because it allegedly shows that she had possession of her phone that morning.

This! You see this in a lot of police interrogations videos. Perp will go down a rabbit hole on the most mundane things.

Here BB says he went in basement to get his laptop and took 3-4 sentence to explain why he likes working in basement.
