Ritzy school for people who want to go to school in CA but don't have tippy top stats.

Actually it’s a ritzy school for smart alpha kids who don’t bother trying for tippy top stats. Because they are connected and have the social skills that the tippy top kids lack.

She transferred as a junior. Graduates next year.

Michigan is a better school than USC… most people know that…

This an old thread.

Sasha Obama's college years were interrupted by the pandemic.

She also had Secret Service protection.

When she transferred to USC, she went to live with her big sister, who also has Secret Service protection.

I don't think it will ever be explained why she changed schools, but it strikes me as worth remembering that her father transferred from a California school to an East Coast school during undergrad. So I'm sure he'd favor transferring if a change was wanted for whatever reason.

I think it's best to leave this alone. It's hard to be a young child of a president. USC is a reputable enough school that relative school ranking issues are not important considerations.

It’s a tad different.
The Bush girls grew up in Texas. Jenna was an average student and an excellent partier. And there’s nothing more fun than being a Texas Theta. She did it well.

It’s ranked #27. That’s not comparable to an Ivy.

Portnoy vs. Kushner. Motion for Summary Judgement.
