LCPS sexual assualt - who is held accountable?

Anonymous
I am very confused about something. In the video of the meeting, Board member Beth Barts asked whether there were records of assaults in bathrooms. After being told that there weren't, she went on to talk about the Tuscarora HS locker room violence and noted that violence can happen anywhere and that all students need to be protected. Would she really ask the question to make per point knowing that Ziegler would lie? Was that exchange planned?

If she knew and wasn't expecting him to lie, why didn't she speak up? There was a report of an attack in a bathroom, but it had not been fully investigated at that time.

Pretty sure she put "regularly" into her question--which is kind of odd and sounds pre-planned to mislead.

Now that it has been confirmed and proved he lied it’s worth less than rotting feces. Lawls

I watched it again. She tacked "regularly" onto the end of her question in an awkward way. The answer, though, was not limited to whether assaults happen regularly. Zielger specifically stated that they had no records of any assaults in the bathrooms. It might be my imagination, but it looks like Dr. Asia Jones, on whom the camera was focused, flinched during the answer.

The dailywire is the worst type of crap. It isn't reliable at all. Everyone knows this.

Barts wasn't colluding to cover this up. She would NOT do that.

Except it is in this case. If it weren’t for them, this case would not have been exposed. Local media ignored it.

But she knew that there was a record of the assault in the bathroom. Or are you being sarcastic?

Yep. But in this case neither is the liberal media. Honestly don’t know who I can trust anymore! Seem like every outlet is invested in pushing a narrative that furthers a certain agenda.

If you have actual, verifiable facts, PM Jeff to update the timeline on here.

Email on here looks pretty verifiable. Supe and School Board knew the day it happened-May 28.

Heads should roll.

Yep. Thats what we all suspected.

Will be interesting to see how they spin this! Ziegler too, who clearly lied.

I don't know if it was before or after this exchange, probably before, but I think it was Brenda Sheridan had called on either the daughter or mother to speak(guessing this was the start of the meeting). Ziegler walks a note over to Sheridan, and Ian Serotkin is on his phone, then looking at Sheridan.
It looks like they were aware of who the speaker was.

Honestly, I'm not sure it is correct to say the whole board knew, because of an e-mail they received over a month earlier, but it looks like at least the superintendent and two of the board members knew.

Focus people. Doesn't matter who reported and broke the story. The fact is, these people who were suppose to protect YOUR kids tried to save their own ass by hiding bad actors and situations. While pushing policies and agendas that let's themselves virtue signal. This in itself is disgusting and they should all resign.

This isn’t about children, it’s about politics.

Interesting details you've noticed, thank you.
