LCPS sexual assualt - who is held accountable?

I'm confused. Where does it say the suspect was in a dress?

I use male bathrooms all the time- I even used them in high school because they were unlocked while girls bathrooms were not. I also wear pants. Im not trans and I am not a rapist.

The father stated " sometimes wears a skirt". That isnt an official statement with anyone of knowledge who is a neutral party.

I would FOIA request records of who certain books - who checked them out.

Such a horrifying story. Reminds me of the poor girl who was gang raped in a bathroom in Moco a few years ago.

Girls deserve safe spaces at school. We can do better to protect kids from violence at school. This trend is a crisis.

The dad alleges the perp sometimes wears a skirt. I am skeptical of this claim.

Why? What do you call a boy who wears a skirt and chooses to use the girls bathroom?

Well, I call a trans girl who uses the girls bathroom a girl.

I call a boy who wears a skirt (which hasn't been confirmed yet via the police report) and rapes girls a rapist.

I'm sure you can find different labels, but you can be pro trans and anti rape. I know it's a lot for your little brain to handle.

Why can’t you discuss this without resorting to name-calling?

Honestly? Because living in Loudoun I see so many of you on our Facebook posts and I'm sick of it. Some of us actually know the families and it's pretty shitty for folks to weigh in because Tucker Carlson told them too.

+1

Tucker Carlson is probably the most vile person in America and needs to stay out of our affairs.

The girl’s father said the boy was wearing a skirt when he attacked his daughter. The boy was pan sexual, gender fluid and liked to wear skirts but he was not a trans girl.

Is it that hard to believe that non-Fox-watching, middle-of-the-road people have concerns about this?

Yes. *clap*. Because *clap* it hasn’t *clap* actually been established *clap* that the perp *clap* wore skirts or identified as trans.

I mean, holy hell, a sexual predator wouldn’t go through the trouble of feigning gender fluidity.

What is your source? *clap*

Jeff does not consider the Daily Mail a reliable source.

Nobody with more than two brain cells to rub together considers it a reliable source.

WTOP reported today. Do you consider that to be a reliable source?

Why do the clothes and the sexual preference of the alleged attacker matter here, at all? If it’s true a kid was sexually violated and LCPS and the police have done little to nothing about it. THAT’S the story.

Help me out here. I'm not tuned in to all of the details about the rules for the transgender policies. Are all boys now permitted to use girls' bathrooms? Boys who identify as female? Is any documentation required? (In other words, are there administrative records that might verify or contradict the girl's father's claim that the attacker was using the girls' bathroom under the transgender policies?) And yes, I understand that these records are likely confidential, but my question is whether they even exist.

Regardless, assault is assault and it is very disappointing (and probably quite common) that offenders are just shuffled off to another school. At least they didn't tell the girl SHE had to move to another school if she felt unsafe.
