Today is March 25th, Day 26 of the Iran war. Here's a summary of where we're at:

*US and Israeli forces continue heavy airstrikes on Iranian military sites, missile facilities, energy infrastructure, and regime targets in Tehran and beyond.

*Iran is firing waves of missiles and drones at Israel, with some impacts reported but most intercepted; Hezbollah has joined with rocket attacks from Lebanon.

*US troops are on the way. 1,000–3,000 soldiers from the 82nd Airborne Division are deploying in the coming days. Separately, thousands of Marines (around 4,500–5,000 are already en route aboard warships. No ground invasion of Iran has been ordered yet.

*No ceasefire in sight—fighting shows no signs of stopping, oil prices are volatile, and civilian casualties are rising on all sides.

Trump IS the most untrustworthy leader on the planet when it comes to negotiations. He'll backstab you and back out of a deal the same day he signs it. But in this case, US troops are irrelevant. There isn't anything they can actually accomplish there.

Look at all the tariff stuff. He was mid negotiations when he started bombing Iran as well.

But now he's bizarrely claiming they gave him a gift? It's insane. The reality is nothing that comes out of the executive branch can be trusted.

The US and Israel are making a clear and compelling argument for why middle-power countries will pursue nuclear weapons going forward. The only guarantee against aggressive powers like the US, Israel, and Russia is nuclear weapons. Nobody wants to be Ukraine or Iran. Mass nuclear proliferation will be the consequence of American, Russian, and Israeli belligerence.

This war is turning into the biggest self-own of all-time:

That’s exactly what the ayatollah used to say. “Great Satan” “deceptive USA”. How did Trump really expect a regime change at a time like this? We’ve made anti Americanism WORSE not better, and not just in Iran but amongst our allies in Europe and Asia. They all are quietly paying Iran so they can get their ships across the Strait of Hormuz.

Trump is such an f up. He’s actually given Iran more leverage and power and wealth than before.
