Why do democrats so badly want Trump to be impeached? You're just going to end up with a President Pence. |
Because a criminal in the WH endangers America's national security against threats both domestic and foreign. A criminal in the WH may be willing to sacrifice American lives in order to stay out of jail or avoids embarrassment. Pence should be dealt with on his own. If he did not commit any crimes, then he would be POTUS. |
Because this isn't about which party a person claims to support. |
But I know many Democrats who were talking impeachment as soon as he got elected. |
Because we all know Trump is as shady as the day is long and came to office dragging a cartload of ethics problems behind him from his decades as a "businessman". So not too hard to assume he had already, from the time he set foot in the Oval Office, already committed ethical violations and unlawful acts that were impeachable offenses. |
Because Trump’s many crimes were no mystery even at that point. |
And yet, two years later, still no evidence of crimes. You've wasted time and money chasing after nothing but your hurt feelings. |
Except for the ones that have already been pleaded and the ones under indictment and the ones still being researched, but other than that, squeaky clean. ![]() |
Jeez, if you still say “no evidence of crimes,” you ought to be banned just for general stupidity. You’re no Matty Calimari, that’s for sure. |
What's wrong with that? Do republicans not want a President Pence? It sure seems like it. |
Yes. I appreciated, too, the way she followed up on her colleagues’ questions and got specific names and places to pursue as a result. One of my frustrations with these hearings is the way each MC is a lone actor, not coordinating with each other to create a narrative or achieve a coherent result. With her follow up questions, she used her time to ameliorate that. Plus she was very businesslike and focused on getting information, not showboating. At the same time, by asking about the Trump golf course in her district, she was actually able to demonstrate to her own constituents that she was looking out for them. All in all, a pretty impressive job. |
What are you talking about?? He’s an unindicted co-conspirator in the SDNY! |
He has good reason. https://twitter.com/JerryDunleavy/status/1101159821322133504 NEW: In sworn testimony, @MichaelCohen212 said he hadn't wanted a job in Trump's Admin. @DonaldJTrumpJr & @EricTrump said he lied. In a 2016 interview with @ChrisCuomo, Cohen said he "certainly hoped" he'd be offered a job & he'd "100%" accept an offer. - video on link |
Hey, pp, who is Individual 1? |
I guess in the case of Trump, since his constant onslaught of lies aren't "sworn testimony" they don't matter, right? |
