Looks like PVI looks pretty low for the Loudoun players. I also think that Good Counsel will do pretty well this season.

Didn't Prep have a lot of their top players graduate last year?

1. SJC: The Young Cadets bring back a core nucleus of players.
2. Landon: Bears are extremely well coached and despite the loss of their 2024 class, they have some late bloomers in their 2025 class
3. Bullis: Dawgs have the best 2025 class in the entire region. Unfortunately, Bullis will have even less depth this Sprig than they had last year
4. Gonzaga: Eagles always have the athletes and depth
5. Prep: Graduated a very talented 2024 class and rather underachieved last season.

HM:
Good Counsel: the Falcons should finally be ready to make a run at the WCAC ship in Dane Smiths' 3rd season.

1. SJC - the most top end talent and playing a lesser schedule
2. Landon - 7 starting commits and more on the 2nd line
3. Prep - less talent than the last 2 years
4. Bullis - teamwork wins championships and they have none
5. Gonzaga - that coaching model has to change
6. Good Counsel - recruiting hard and could be in the WCAC final
7. PVI - solid starters and no depth
8. DeMatha/SSSAS/Episcopal

The ranking looks good. PVI had an awful coaching situation and ended up losing almost an entire class of kids. The coaching situation is fixed but they will feel the brunt for a few seasons before they are back in the top 3 of the WCAC consistent

Too much hero ball at Bullis the past two seasons.

We will find out if their 2025 clsss is all hype or a bust.

Gonzaga will be better than Prep next spring

Dematha/SSSAS/Episcopal don’t belong in that top tier. All have major holes to fill on the field, especially SSSAS

I don't think it's a top tier. I think it's just a rest-of-them. Teams like Robinson and the Heights would come after those after the first 10. Those other privates are behind the top 7.

STJ was a joke last year and they will be an even bigger disappointment this year. So sorry for all of those hardcore dads that bought into their sales pitch! Well lesson learned, guess we will see who all jumps ship next June lol
