Biden is old and has bad memory , anyone who is allowed to talk to him without handlers is going to come to the same conclusion

Sorry but even Hur in his summary said that Biden's testimony was "clear and compelling." NOT the hallmarks of someone who is doddering and confused and can't operate without handlers managing him every step of the way. Maybe you don't understand what clear and compelling means and should look it up. Or maybe you once knew what those meant but are now old and doddering and forgot

Really? How many times have you spoken with him? Oh, that's be right, you have never spoke with him so you have no idea of what you are blathering on about.

Pretty amazing that he couldn’t remember when Beau died, considering that he mentions Beau EVERY TIME HE MEETS SOMEONE WHO HAS HAD A LOVED ONE DIE.

And, it's pretty rich that in Jill Biden's statement WRT the report, she said, "I can't imagine someone would try to use our son's death to score political points."
Especially since this is what Joe does all. the. time.

THIS. I actually cringe every time he's talking to people who have lost loved ones and EVERY TIME has to bring up the death of his son. Way to make it all about you.

If you haven't lost two children , as Joe Biden has, then shut up because you have no idea how you would say or do if your child died.

I know I would let traumatized people talk about what happened to THEM rather than constantly bringing my own trauma up, again and again. Get a clue.

No, instead the traumatized families of soldiers killed in war are supposed to understand that their loved ones were "suckers and losers" for signing up to fight for their country and making the greatest sacrifice for it. That is SO much better /s

Yep. Only an illogical overly emotional person can’t see it.

There are plenty of illogical and emotional people here on this thread.

I'm losing respect for Jill with every day that goes by. She needs to insist Biden step down, but she won't. It's really disgraceful.

She should insist her husband be prosecuted, his memory is fine.

There isn’t evidence to support a prosecution. As has been stated in the report.

There’s plenty of evidence. Willful removal and possession of classified documents going back decades. This is not subject to argument - it is a fact.

The ONLY reason he is not being prosecuted is because he’s mentally unfit to stand trial.

Not at all fact. You are just making shit up. That is NOT AT ALL what the report said. The investigation is done, no evidence of willful misconduct, the report says Biden's testimony was clear and compelling, and THAT is not subject to argument. CASE IS CLOSED. Your personal opinions to the contrary are invalid and irrelevant.

Especially when a Military member died overseas and Biden starts in on his son dying. I am sure his son’s death was tragic and terrible, but he died in a hospital. Joe and his family could say their goodbyes and make sure Beau was cared for and treated with pain relief, etc. Military personnel who die from being blown up or any hostile action don’t have that kind of death. Two different things, both awful, but not the same.

This is a childish, pathetic pissing match about who suffered more. Gross. The point is that Trump’s family is completely out of touch with the military and mocks them. Biden family can relate and respects them.

No, Military members who die in action in war are separate from people who doe from cancer. Both are tragic. But Beau Biden didn’t die in war. It’s not childish to point out the difference.

Beau died of cancer that he likely got because of exposure while serving. Quit trying to out-trauma them. Yes, it’s childish.

A Military Member who is killed in action and a Veteran dying from a service connected cancer are not the same.

The VA only allows Vets who have service connected cancers to be rated while undergoing cancer treatment. Once they are “cured” they are dropped to zero and have to fend for themselves. I know Vets who were diagnosed with a service connected cancer who applied for help from the VA. These Vets have had life changing surgery, chemo, radiation, and the VA STILL hasn’t helped them. Why? The onerous bureaucracy of the VA. My VSO said many Vets die from their eventual service connected cancer before the VA adjudicates their cases and grants cancer stricken Vets the help they need. They actually die before the VA processes their application.

It takes years for a VA application to be processed. Some Vets with service connected cancers are initially denied and have to submit paperwork for a higher level review. Guess how long that takes? Time cancer stricken Vets do not have. At all.

If Biden understands the tragedy of Vets with cancer, how about he fixes the VA? Men and women like his son are dying and not even being approved for the benefits and healthcare they earned because of extensive paperwork and VA bureaucracy. They and their families suffer greatly. Biden understands that suffering so personally but only talks about his son dying, and the other people just like his son don’t even receive the help they need in time to receive VA treatment and benefits. It’s very hard to hear Biden constantly talking about his son and how he suffered and his family suffered, while people in the exact situation, who need help, aren’t getting it.

If he did something besides talk, that would be great.

It’s not a trauma contest. You guys purposefully obtuse?

I’m married to a 100% disabled vet who saw people in pieces in Afghanistan. Your BS isn’t going to fly with me.

If you care about our country, our environment, our humanity, you must vote for Biden, no matter what you think about him personally, or you're worried he's too old, etc. etc.

Let's face it, "Biden" does not single handedly run our country!! When you vote for "Biden" you are voting for his administration, the army of men and women who run the executive branch of our government.

Look at what Biden stands for, then look at the Heritage Foundation's plan for our country if the pusspile gets elected. https://www.pbs.org/newshour/politics/conservatives-aim-to-restructure-u-s-government-and-replace-it-with-trumps-vision

If you want to see millions of migrants imprisoned in camps in Texas, vote for the pusspile. If you want our water and air further contaminated with toxins, vote for the pusspile. If you love the weather we've been having -- floods, hurricanes, fires, atmospheric rivers, landslides, record rain and snowfall, vote for the pusspile.

READ ALL ABOUT IT https://www.project2025.org/policy/

then VOTE FOR OUR COUNTRY!! VOTE TO SAVE OUR DEMOCRACY!! VOTE FOR BIDEN!!

Wait... I thought democracy itself was at stake? Existential threat?

So, elect a senile old man so an army of unelected, unnamed aides can run the country.

I will take the word of the guy in the room

Bob Bauer who was present during the interviews President Biden had with Special Counsel Robert Hur says President Biden was very aware, understood what was going on, but the questions by Robert Hur were bad.

Does President Biden have memory problems? Bob Bauer "I was in the room and the President does not."

Bob Bauer says the questions by Robert Hur weren't precise.

Bob Bauer also says the final report by Robert Hur is being mischaracterized and the attacks are not what prosecutors do

Bob Bauer is Biden's personal attorney. You think he may have reason to vouch for Biden?????

Bob Bauer will also not commit to releasing the transcripts. He deflected the question when asked.

Appointed by Garland. So, Garland's judgment is now in question according to you?

What a load of crap.

The very first paragraph of the report said that he found Biden WILLFULLY took and retained classified material.
And, he did not say his testimony was "clear and compelling." He said what was clear was that Biden had memory issues.

Yes... the case was closed.

So, we have a president who on one hand isn't mentally strong enough to be charged, yet mentally strong enough to be the leader of the free world.

Make it make sense.
