Ok I got it. They need the enrollment cap increase just for their current location in 17-18, and then the new building would open its doors in 18-19. I am overjoyed that there might be a significant expansion of HRCS seats in the neighborhood!

And what are the possible locations? Potomac Lighthouse in Michigan Park, what else?

Potomac Lighthouse is it. Lease for 3 years then purchase.

They have no business expanding. I know people want seats but they are struggling with a lot of admin things.

MV seems to still be suffering some growing pains with only its current campus (see, oops, we need to add a few new classes after the lottery to be able to pay our bills) (also see, classroom control and supervision issues that took most of last year to resolve). Do we really think they have shown a track record t now manage multiple locations?
