Seems like despite the GOP’s best efforts at sabotaging the economy via delta, things are looking up.

These numbers are from first half of July, before Delta was causing a widespread panic. Still, I feel like people are not even really slowing down their socializing or activities, in spite of Delta. It will be interesting to see how the trends play out in the August numbers released in early September.

For the most part, the "blue" areas where most of the GDP is produced, people are vaccinated. So the "red" states will be sicker and their GDPs will suffer disproportionately.

Any wage gains under Biden has been overtaken by inflation.

By contrast, wages went up faster than inflation under Trump.

That's what matters.

The economy crashed, unemployment spiked and GDP tanked under Trump.

I predict his numbers will only go down with his massive spending.

He was underwater on the economy and he still won the election. Americans still think that Republicans are better on the economy despite all available evidence over the last three decades. And Americans like spending.
