Maybe. The revisions of the past few months have been really really large. So maybe these job numbers are bad. But I'll wait for the revisions before getting upset.

Today’s revisions of prior months were also notable.

I would note that the 2017 tax cuts were supposed to spur "investments" at the corporate level. Do we see any evidence of that?

And now that Omicron is better understood, the markets will return to where they were a week ago.

I hope some of you enjoyed the buying opportunity.

Just so we understand, the supply chain issues are resolving, the inflation will settle out, the unemployment rate is way down, wages are up, oil prices are down, and yet the GOP wants to complain about "the economy"

I guess it will take Putin's war, something fostered by Trump for 4 years (I want you to do me a favor, though, and Manafort's treason) to undo things.

The supply chain is working it’s way out, will take some time. Inflation is likely to start dropping with it by early next year. The BEST thing about the economy is jobs!! Has it ever been this good, this is the best time to look for a job that I ever recall….go get yourself a raise and don’t miss this opportunity!! The quit rate is the highest ever, that is great news for all the worker bees….maybe not so much the owners.

Thank you Biden and thank you Democrats!

This is going to just eat the Republicans up alive as they have to find some way to make recovery a bad thing.

I'm doing the virtual equivalent of eating popcorn and watching this thread with amusement.

2022 is going to be a very interesting year. How it plays out is anyone's guess. But I wouldn't be breaking out the champagne bottles quite just yet.

Democrats have noticed. Republicans who actively root for this country to fail are still bleating about inflation and the supply chain though, and unfortunately, a pliant media is letting their framing win out.

Don't you love it when the media reports the truth vs a narrative?
