I think the proportions are kind of strange. I think it would look better about a foot shorter. Instead, it has a very long slit, which looks odd. It’s like the dress is at war with itself, trying to be simultaneously “modest” and “sexy”. It’s also not the greatest color on her, since she looks kind of pale and washed out against the color. If it were shorter, I would probably like this dress, especially with a matching jacket.

It is just so ill fitting, from the crooked tits ahoy causing the front and shoulders to pull, to the poor tortured waist. And the cuop de gras is the back slit. Have you eve seen a someone in a too tight skirt with a way to high wide open slit? I guarantee that's what this looks like from the back. Gross.

The sleeve length is the exact wrong length for her large bust size. The sleeve ends right at her bust. So unflattering. The color is also the wrong shade of red and washes her out.

I agree. When I first saw this picture, I wondered if she had paid attention to all of the positive comments that Nancy Pelosi has received re: her style and wardrobe, and tried to copy it.

I feel like at this point Ivanka is probably dressing for the job she wants...the question is — what does she think that is? If you are a modern Orthodox Jew trying to launch a political career with a white nationalist base, what is your best play? A house seat from some crazy Florida district? Is there a pro-Israel district in NY or NJ that would put up with her? (I feel like the tolerance for corruption in NJ is high...). If we could figure that out, I think we’d figure out her fashion choices. She doesn’t seem like she’s dressing for her view of Midwestern suburban mom — prairie flirt — anymore. If this Florida chic? That's a feature, not a bug. The sleeve length draws the eye to the bust.
