My new girlfriend a couple months disclosed to me that she was a sugar daddy a couple of years ago. I was shocked as she doesn't seem the type. She is smart, educated, good values, doesn't sleep around, etc. We didn't have sex until 5 dates. I'm a little repulsed by this new information. I like her and I am even beginning to fall in love with her, but this new information has me second guessing dating her. She isn't a slut. She only had one sugar baby who helped pay for grad school. I know we all have a past, but I'm not sure this is something I can ever get past.

Who cares? I had one and he was hot! We would see each other once a week and it was great. We would go out to dinner and do some activity together and then go to his place. It was a nice break from grad school. He also let me use his Audi a lot too. He would bring me shopping. I genuinely enjoyed my guy. He was 32 and I was 22. It really wasn't weird at all. Some of the guys are younger. I can't believe she told you this though!! I would never tell my husband!! I did realize that money isn't everything from being with this guy. He was too superficial.

Smart: She figured out a way to parlay the value of her vagina into cash.
Educated: Anyone can eke out a degree somewhere these days.
Good values: Except for the bit about prostitution.
Doesn't sleep around: Business 101 - Don't give away a product people are willing to pay for. It devalues your brand.

Be glad she doesn't have student loans you have to pay off. I wish I'd had a sugar daddy during school!

I agree with you. If she was taking money to sleep with a guy she had no romantic interest in, what else is it? I don't know if I could get over it either.
