| If you were married at the time and have two incomes, how much was your HHI at 25? How much is it now? |
|
We were probably somewhere around $110k.
Now we're $260k at 35. |
| 170 then. 300 now (ten years later). |
|
We are 24 and 27 and make 213K
Trying to predict where we may be in 10 years. |
Other peoples income has no correlation with where you will be in 10 years. That has to do with your field and other relevant information. But yes, in 10 years everyones income tends to increase. |
| $130k at 25. Almost 12 years later, $260k. We always saved one salary and lived off the other--until childcare costs that is. Networth is approx. $1.7 mil. |
| We made around 34k a year back then. Now we're at ~130k with a SAHP, two kids, paid off house. Yay for living outside of cities! |
Oh, and this is 5 years later. |
I'm a chemical engineer and he is in cyber security. |
NP here, same ages as you and we are $100k behind you doing just fine. I think you're going to be ok. |
If you're lucky, you'll have the salary you have now, which is already a staggering amount of money. |
Yeah I feel the same. But since we will likely have to pay lots towards both our families it will go quick. I am 24 paying my mother's bills. |
|
Maybe 95k?
We're 39 &41 and combined HHI is around 540, but our income is very very variable. One of us is in sales. |
Judging by your fields, I'm guessing this is a cultural thing? |
Nah were not Asian if that's what you're asking. Both white I grew up poor he grew up lower middle. |
